While new results from three contests in 2008 left the four US leaders the same in qualifying for the 2010 World Radiosport Team Championships, the races have become even tighter for all nine American team leader slots.
The top slots are still in the hands of K5ZD, W9RE, N2IC and K7RL as the 2009 Russian DX Contest could well determine who qualifies and who does not.

WRTC LEADERS STAY ON TOP IN EUROPE
While the five regional leaders from Europe in WRTC qualifying stayed the same, the addition of results from three 2008 contests shows a lot can still change before those numbers become final for the 2010 WRTC in Russia.
The five regional leaders are still IZ3EYZ, OM2VL, ES5TV, YT1AD and RW1AC.
But with one contest left (2009 Russian DX) there is
still a lot at stake for the 21 team leader slots from
Europe to the 2010 WRTC in Russia. Check the spreadsheets

ASIA WRTC: JH4UYB LEADS THE WORLD
Japanes contester Masaki Masa Okano JH4UYB is not only the first
ham to lock up a spot in the 2010 World Radiosport Team
Championships in Russia, but he still leads all operators
in WRTC points.
While JH4UYB has a hold on the AS #1 region, the leaders
have stayed the same in the rest of Asia as well, with
UA9CLB ahead in AS #2 and UN9LW leading in AS #3.
